Yoga for the sicky

All that is needed are: your mat, plenty of pillows and maybe a block, maybe a blanket and a gentle yoga routine to gently, oh so gently, heal your body.

New Year - simple me?

The first day of a new year, the promise of a 'better' self with all the resolutions that entails...
This year, I am hoping to live with more simplicity:

-   Cooking and eating more 'simple' foods (more whole foods, less processed, more water perhaps?)
-   Living with less 'things' (reducing clutter, organized space, minimalist wardrobe?)
-   Being more mindful, daily meditation and living in the 'now' (that one's not that simple!)
-   Spending more time enjoying 'simple' everyday things: cooking and enjoying new foods with my hubby, reading all the books I want to read (and not feeling guilty for spending an entire afternoon reading!), sleeping and listening to my body

I believe my Huevos (and most cats) has it all figured out...  

                              ... well the sleeping/ taking care of himself part anyways ...
